For international payments, exchange rates will be applied as per the bank’s or payment gateway’s conversion rate on the date of transaction.

CP (Continental Plan) : Accommodation with breakfast included
MAP (Modified American Plan) : Accommodation with breakfast and dinner
AP (American Plan) : Accommodation with breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Taxes are not included in the room tariff and are subject to change as per government regulations.

Rates during festive and peak seasons may vary.

Up to 2 children below 6 years can stay free of charge when sharing the room with parents without an extra bed.
Children aged 7 to 12 years will be charged as applicable; a maximum of one extra child bed can be provided per room.
Guests above 12 years are considered adults and charged accordingly.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Late Check-Out Charges :
25% of room rate : 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
50% of room rate : 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
100% of room rate : After 6:00 PM (subject to availability)
Arrivals before 8:00 AM are billed from the previous night.

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
All bookings must be guaranteed by advance payment or an authorized travel agency voucher.
Major credit cards are accepted.
For guaranteed bookings, rooms are held until check-out time on the day following arrival.
Non-guaranteed bookings are held until 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

As per government regulations, all guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in. Accepted IDs include :

Aadhaar Card
Passport
Driving License
Voter ID

Children must also carry valid ID proof (School ID / Aadhaar / Passport).

Safari permits for Gir Jungle Safari / Gir Jungle Trail / Open Gypsy Safari must be booked online in advance through the official Gujarat Forest Department website.
Devaliya Safari Park permits can also be booked online.
During the monsoon season (16th June to 15th October), Gir Jungle Safari remains closed and only Devaliya Safari Park is operational.
Vanam at Sasan is not responsible for safari permit availability or cancellations.

Failure to arrive on the scheduled date is considered a No-Show.
Reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to the date of arrival to avoid charges.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
For Diwali and Christmas, cancellations must be made 21 days prior; otherwise, no refund will be provided.
A 6.5% transaction charge applies to all cancellations.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to roadblocks, accidents, or no-shows.
Holiday season supplements apply during Holi, Janmashtami, Diwali, and Christmas.

Electronic reservation confirmations are provided for guest convenience. In case of any discrepancy between confirmation and official hotel records, Vanam at Sasan’s records shall prevail. Any tampering or alteration of reservation details is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
