This Reservation Policy explains the terms related to booking confirmation, payments, cancellations, guest responsibilities, and safety during your stay at Vanam at Sasan. Guests are requested to read this carefully before confirming a reservation.

Reservations at Vanam at Sasan are confirmed only after a written confirmation is issued by the resort.
Confirmation is provided after receipt of a booking request via email or other official communication along with the required advance payment.
An initial deposit of 50% of the total invoice is required to confirm the booking.
In certain cases (peak season, long stays, group bookings), Vanam at Sasan reserves the right to request a higher or non-refundable deposit, which will be communicated in writing at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to the arrival date.
Failure to pay the balance within the stipulated time may result in release of the booking and application of cancellation charges.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or official communication).
Cancellation charges apply due to administrative and operational costs.
No adjustments or refunds will be provided for any unused facilities, services, or package components.
Postponement of a booking will be treated as a cancellation and governed by the cancellation policy.
Change of dates or early departure will also be considered a cancellation, and guests will be charged for the nights booked.
A reservation is considered cancelled only after written cancellation confirmation is issued by Vanam at Sasan.
The cancellation policy applies in all situations, including medical reasons, transport delays, weather conditions, or personal emergencies.

Payments are accepted via :

Credit Card
Advance bookings do not accept cash payments.
Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Payments made via online transfer, credit card, or debit card are subject to a 6.5% transaction charge in case of cancellation.

Guests are requested to verify the amount, stay policy, and availability before making the deposit.
Room tariffs are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
GST at 18% will be applicable on the actual billing amount or as per prevailing government regulations.
Any change in government tax structure will be applicable automatically.
Cheque payments are accepted subject to realization.
Refunds for bookings made by cheque or bank transfer will be processed only through cheque and require the original receipt.

Vanam at Sasan is a nature-based resort located near the Gir forest region. Guests are advised to take adequate personal and travel insurance before arrival.
While every reasonable care is taken, the resort shall not be responsible for any illness, injury, accident, or loss of lifearising from activities related to wildlife areas or natural surroundings.
Vanam at Sasan also does not accept liability for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Consumption or possession of alcohol is allowed only with a valid liquor permit issued by the concerned government authority.
Guests are expected to be considerate of others and follow all Forest Department rules.
Loud music, littering, speeding near forest zones, or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
Entry into forest areas without valid permits is illegal under the Wildlife Protection Act.
Safari activities are permitted only in designated areas with valid permissions.
The resort will not be responsible for any violations committed by guests.

Vanam at Sasan maintains limited outdoor lighting to reduce light pollution and preserve the natural night environment.
Guests are advised to carry a flashlight/torch when moving outdoors after dark, as walking in low light conditions may be hazardous.

Lunch on the day of departure is not included in the stay.
If required, lunch can be arranged with prior notice and an additional charge.

Payments for additional services or extras can be made via credit card.
Cash payments are accepted in Indian Rupees up to ₹25,000 only.
For payments exceeding ₹25,000 :
Indian nationals must provide PAN card copy and original ID
Foreign nationals must provide passport copy

By confirming a reservation at Vanam at Sasan, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.
